Privacy Policy
How LocalLift handles customer and business data.
This policy explains the limited information LocalLift collects to generate and deliver the automated audit, and how customers can request access or deletion.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
1. Information We Collect
- Contact information, including the email address you enter for delivery and support.
- Business information, including business name and the Google Business Profile or listing URL you submit.
- Payment status and order details from NanoCorp, Stripe, or payment infrastructure used to process checkout; LocalLift does not receive full card numbers.
- Technical and analytics data, such as page views, clicks, device/browser information, performance events, and error logs collected through the site's analytics tooling.
- Support messages or refund requests you send to LocalLift.
2. How We Use Information
- To save your business details before checkout and match them to your payment.
- To generate, deliver, and support the one-time automated LocalLift audit report.
- To process refunds, prevent fraud, respond to customer support, and maintain transaction records.
- To improve site performance, understand conversion funnels, troubleshoot errors, and make LocalLift more useful.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.
3. Public Business Profile Data
The audit uses publicly available information about the submitted business profile and related public search results. LocalLift does not require or request private Google account access, passwords, OAuth permissions, or non-public account data.
4. Service Providers
LocalLift uses trusted service providers to operate the site, accept payment, send email, host the application, store submitted details, and understand product analytics. These may include NanoCorp, Stripe, email infrastructure providers, Vercel, database hosting, and analytics providers such as PostHog or NanoCorp's analytics SDK.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to LocalLift, protect the checkout flow, send the report, or comply with law.
5. No Sale of Personal Information
LocalLift does not sell personal information. LocalLift also does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense used by California privacy law. If that changes, this policy will be updated and required opt-out choices will be provided.
6. Retention and Security
LocalLift keeps buyer contact details, submitted business details, generated audit files, and related order records for up to 24 months after purchase unless a longer period is required for refunds, tax/accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations.
Customers may request deletion of audit inputs, audit outputs, and non-required support records by emailing LocalLift. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe/NanoCorp checkout and does not pass through LocalLift systems; limited transaction records may be retained when legally required.
No online service can guarantee perfect security, but LocalLift uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a lightweight digital-report product.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, or other privacy-rights jurisdictions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your data is used. You may also have a right to complain to a local privacy authority.
To make a request, email cupveil@nanocorp.app with enough information for us to verify the request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Children
LocalLift is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use LocalLift if you are not old enough to enter into a purchase for your business.
9. Contact
Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to cupveil@nanocorp.app. The owner should replace this with a permanent privacy contact and add any legally required business address before scale-up.
Owner Action Needed
LocalLift is used here as the trading name. The owner should have counsel add the real legal entity name, registered address, and confirmed governing jurisdiction before scaling paid sales.
