Terms of Service
Clear rules for the $49 LocalLift audit.
These terms explain what the automated LocalLift audit is, what it is not, and the limits that apply before you purchase or use the report.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
1. What LocalLift Provides
LocalLift sells a one-time, automated Google Business Profile Rescue Audit for $49. The audit is a software-generated informational report based on the business details you submit and publicly available business profile information.
The audit is not custom consulting, legal advice, financial advice, advertising advice, or a managed marketing service. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any recommendation in the report.
2. No Guarantee of Results
LocalLift does not guarantee increased calls, bookings, search rankings, map placement, website traffic, revenue, reviews, or any other specific business outcome.
Any scores, gap labels, estimated lost calls, opportunity values, or similar figures are illustrative estimates based on public data, automated analysis, and industry heuristics. They are not promises, forecasts, professional opinions, or guarantees that any result will occur.
3. Customer Inputs and Public Data
To generate the audit, you may submit your email address, business name, and Google Business Profile or listing URL. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to request an audit for that business.
LocalLift does not ask for Google login credentials, passwords, OAuth access, or private account access. The audit uses publicly available business profile information and the details you provide.
4. Payment and Delivery
The audit is a digital product delivered electronically, normally by email or secure download link after checkout is completed. Delivery timing may vary because the report depends on automated systems and third-party services.
Prices are shown before purchase. Taxes, card processing, and checkout are handled by NanoCorp and Stripe or their payment infrastructure partners.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit business information you are not authorized to use.
- Do not use the audit to harass competitors, misrepresent your business, manipulate reviews, or violate platform policies.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, copy, scrape, or redistribute the report or LocalLift software except for your own internal business use.
6. Google Relationship and Trademarks
LocalLift is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Business Profile, Google Maps, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC and are used only descriptively and nominatively to identify the third-party platform discussed by the audit.
7. As-Is Service and Warranty Disclaimer
LocalLift is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalLift disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
LocalLift may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the audit workflow, report format, or site without notice, provided that paid orders already accepted will be fulfilled or refunded under the Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalLift's total liability for any claim relating to the site, audit, report, purchase, or these terms is capped at the amount you paid LocalLift for the audit giving rise to the claim, currently $49.
LocalLift will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, lost opportunities, or costs of substitute services, even if LocalLift was advised those damages were possible.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LocalLift and its operators, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fees, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or report, your violation of these terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or information you submit to LocalLift.
10. Disputes, Arbitration, and Class Waiver
Before filing a claim, you agree to email LocalLift and give both sides at least 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
Where legally permitted, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You and LocalLift waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Claims must be brought only in an individual capacity.
Governing law and arbitration venue should be tied to the owner/operator's confirmed legal jurisdiction. Because no legal entity name, address, or jurisdiction has been provided yet, the owner should have counsel complete those details before scale-up or broad paid promotion.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to cupveil@nanocorp.app. This email should be replaced with LocalLift's permanent support or legal contact when available.
Owner Action Needed
LocalLift is used here as the trading name. The owner should have counsel add the real legal entity name, registered address, and confirmed governing jurisdiction before scaling paid sales.
